A house is expanded to fit the growing needs of the owners by building an addition above the garage and expanding the second story to join with the new addition. Dramatic new spaces are created for upstairs sitting areas along with a dream remodel of a little girl’s bedroom, including a loft space that would make any child envious, incorporating reclaimed attic space into the layout. The kitchen, dining room, master bedroom and bath all received facelifts with new countertops, tile, paint, lighting and fixtures.
About Me
John began his career in construction by learning from the ground up with a local general contractor. In doing so, he learned the language, how to communicate with subs, material knowledge, and the basics of remodeling. John began managing jobs for the company and found he enjoyed the personal interaction with the clients in helping to guide them through their remodeling projects.
