A new addition allows for an expanded kitchen on the first floor and creation of a playroom/music room on the second floor. Stunning new kitchen includes a 4’x12’ island, granite countertops, custom cherry cabinets and new glass sliding doors. The second story playroom is soundproofed to allow family musicians to practice without disturbing the rest of the family. A full bath, new wood floors and gorgeous windows overlooking the greenbelt behind the house complete the second floor addition. Green materials were largely used to minimize effects on asthmatic conditions in children.
About Me
John began his career in construction by learning from the ground up with a local general contractor. In doing so, he learned the language, how to communicate with subs, material knowledge, and the basics of remodeling. John began managing jobs for the company and found he enjoyed the personal interaction with the clients in helping to guide them through their remodeling projects.
