This small bathroom was originally part of what we assumed to be a bottom floor apartment in an Austin home. It housed a stall shower, small sink, and toilet. As the family has 2 full baths upstairs, a shower downstairs was not needed. The bath was gutted, framing replaced, vent fan vented to outside instead of the ceiling dead space and prepped for new fixtures. The cabinet and mirror are both custom and are natural stained walnut. Countertops are Silestone and toilet is Toto.
